Mobimo Tower
A unique combination, a milestone
The Mobimo Tower is currently being built on the Maag Areal Plus site in Zurich West, the former industrial area that is now a fashionable district of the city. The plans for the project, which is costing Mobimo CHF 250 million, were drawn up by the renowned Basel architect Roger Diener. The 81-metre, 24-storey tower is the first and only one of Zurich’s landmarks that you can live in. The luxury Zurich Tower Hotel will open on the lower 15 floors in mid-2011, with the exclusive condominium apartments of varying layouts on the top nine floors being released at the same time.
The hotel and apartments will offer an innovative form of flexible living, with all owners being able to use the services of the hotel. The apartments are set to be ready for occupation in mid-2011.
