Zurich and Lausanne/Geneva: these two economic regions constitute the focus of Mobimo’s portfolio. The portfolio undergoes constant improvement through the addition of properties developed by the company and targeted optimisation of existing holdings.
Rental and purchase
Mobimo rents out high-quality residential, commercial and office spaces. These properties either belong to Mobimo or result from the development of real estate projects. The company also constructs homes for private sale.

Mobimo has its own development department. In addition to planning new properties for Mobimo’s own portfolio and for the sale of owner-occupied apartments, the team is also active in the area of development services for third parties.

Mobimo is always looking to invest in real estate, whether untouched building plots or sites for further development, in the economic regions in and around Aargau, Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Zug and Zurich.
The Mobimo Group has acquired Mobimo FM Service AG, a company specialising in all aspects of facility management. Mobimo FM Service AG employs a staff of 60 in Zurich and Lausanne, who oversee building and technical maintenance, cleaning, upkeep of the surroundings and much more at Mobimo properties.
