Mobimo’s expertise covers the entire value chain – from a needs assessment and comprehensive market analysis, to a holistic business plan, through to the project planning and implementation of the properties. Mobimo is not tied to specific contractors – the construction services are purchased on the open market.

Aarau, Aeschbachquartier (2019)
In a development process that has taken just under ten years, an industrial wasteland five minutes from Aarau train station has been transformed into a new district – the Aeschbachquartier. The development of the site, which is divided into four construction plots and had a total investment volume of CHF 268 million, began in 2012 with the completion of the Polygon building (site 3). Rockwell Automation has moved into the Polygon building, with some 200 workplaces. This was followed by the sensational demolition of the Sprecherhof building in 2013 and the construction of the GastroSocial Tower on site 1, with GastroSocial employees moving into the building in 2016. This building has since served as a striking entrance to the district.
Lucerne South (Kriens), Mattenhof (2019)
This urban centre in Lucerne South, right by Kriens Mattenhof station, emerged as part of a development process that took over ten years. Mattenhof encompasses 275 apartments, more than 21,000 m2 of office space, almost 7,000 m2 of commercial/retail space and a 160-room Holiday Inn Express city hotel. The real estate company Mobimo worked with the cities of Kriens and Lucerne to drive the development of the entire site.
Zurich, Labitzke (2018)
A total of 277 1.5 to 4.5-room rental apartments (including building 10), commercial premises and offices have been built on the former Labitzke Farben AG factory site.
Zurich, Letzihof (2016)
This property of 72 rental apartments is reminiscent of the commercial and industrial buildings that characterised the Albisrieden district of Zurich.
Regensdorf, Sonnenhof (2015)
In addition to three properties with 45 owner-occupied apartments, Mobimo built six further buildings with 96 rental apartments in Regensdorf.

Langenthal, 3M headquarters (2016)
Transparency and communication were two of the guiding principles for the 5,800 m2 headquarters of 3M EMEA GmbH near Langenthal train station.

Mobimo developed and implemented 240 rental apartments in three different designs on behalf of an institutional investor.
